30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to applicable consumer law.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item, colour, or size is to return the item you currently have in accordance with this policy and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds
